Due to the success of Michael’s last course we have decided to add a short four week course to keep the creativity going before the Christmas break. In this course students will keep exploring the move from drawing to painting with a particular focus on mixed media. Using drawing and painting techniques, thinking about composition, mark making, and materiality, students will begin to work in a series through the use of oils, acrylics, inks, crayon, oil sticks, collage, and other mediums. Suitable for all levels from the complete beginner to more experienced artists wanting to extend their current art practice.
