Lisa Arronis
Lisa Arronis is a multi disciplinary artist. Creating mixed media work on paper, canvas and board, and ceramic and mixed media sculpture.
Lisa was a self-taught artist until attending the Byron School of Art in 2014, graduating in 2016. She is an independent artist who exhibits her work regularly.
Her work is often experimental; her love of art materials and researching non-traditional materials drives her work.
The main motivation in her current practice is to blur the lines between sculpture, painting and drawing.
In 2018 two of her sculptural works were acquired by the Tweed River Art Gallery Collection.
Lisa is Owner/Operator of the Yellow Brick Studio Art Supply, which she opened in 2016 in Murwillumbah to support the artists of the Northern Rivers; and Turpentine Artspace, a small converted shipping container gallery at M-Arts Precinct where she shows her own and selected artist’s work.
