Individual Mentorship

In this series of four one-hour sessions, students will guided through discussions on their art practice and approach to art making. Mentoring will be designed to suit individual needs and discussions may focus on topics such as motivation, idea generation, techniques, approach to materials, research, writing artist statements and professional practice.

BSA Directors/teachers and all of our teachers are available depending on their schedule. Please call us if you would like to discuss this further.

This series is more suitable for artists with a focused practice and is ideal for artists who are working towards producing a cohesive body of work for exhibition. Applicants must submit up to six images of their work with a short statement outlining their practice and what they would like to achieve through this mentorship. Applicants will be notified within two weeks to confirm their acceptance. Additional sessions can be arranged if required.
