Dominique Sutton
Born in Sydney in 1970, Dominique moved with her family to London where she was educated. She graduated from John Moores University in Liverpool with honors from a Bachelor of Arts degree. Dominique's passion for travel took her to the renowned San Francisco Art Institute where she completed an 8 month fellowship. She then returned to London where she began working and exhibiting.
In 1996 the young artist's desire for an inspirational working environment brought her back to the shores of Australia where she began working as a sculptor for a bronze foundry. It was at this time that she was approached by investment company AMP Limited to submit a proposal to create a 'monument for the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games'. Since then Dominique’s Career has seen her complete many large scale public projects including The Australian Railway Memorial in Werris Creek. Her work is held both in Australian and International collections.
