RAIMOND DE WEERDT I CYANOTYPE PRINTING
The Cyanotype (or shadowgraph) is a photographic printing process using the sun and producing beautiful Prussian blue imagery. Using this technique images can be printed on a range of surfaces such as fine art papers and cloth. The Cyanotype prints can also be used as a starting point, to be printed, painted or drawn over to create works of multiple media.
This one day workshop will cover all aspects of creating cyanotype prints, such as printing on a range of premium papers, creating negatives to print from, toning and using the process to create abstract images.
Participants can expect to complete the workshop with a new creative skill and a folio of beautiful hand printed works.
