This masterclass is for any practising artist who has done some form of printing, even if only basic. The class will be focussing on building upon an art practice with monoprints, transfers and mixed media using a larger format. The emphasis of the workshop is on how the process can work for an individual’s own practice, rather than the finer aspects of printmaking.

In this workshop students will be working with collage, photocopy, monoprinting, graphite, watercolour and inks.

This masterclass has been inspired by Christine’s recent trip to San Francisco, seeing the works of Robert Rauschenberg, and in particular his mixed media transfer prints.
