During this two-day short course, Antoinette will support students to develop a bust with various  expressive details. A lot of technical short cuts and methods for building with clay specifically slab building will be explored. Also anatomy will play a significant part in the lessons. 

Exposure to artistic influences and contemporaries in the field of ceramics will also be explored providing a theoretical foundation.

Antoinette will demonstrate her unique techniques that she employs in the process of her practice.

There will be a base materials fee of $28.50 per student, and a firing fee of $6/kg post firing.

No prior ceramics experience necessary.

An additional material fee of $20 applies and post firing fee of $6/kg
